Food Africa App handles sensitive user or device information (user data) and requests sensitive permissions from the app user.
The app interacts with your phone book data. In the app, you can find a module named ‘QR-reader’ used to read QR codes and transform them into readable data.
After that, the data is stored in your app database as individual contact information. It can be transferred to your phone book data thus interacting with the latter.
The Process is described below:
The app interacts with your phone calendar when saving the date of the event. After clicking on the ‘Save the Date’ button, the event is saved in your phone calendar with its corresponding dates.
The app interacts with your phone camera. In the app, you can find a module name ‘QR- reader’ used to read QR codes and transform them into readable data. To allow this to happen, the app accesses your phone camera sensor to read the barcode.

When clicking on ‘Location Map’ or ‘Location’ buttons on the App, you can preview the venue location Via Google Map.

Data is collected from forms on the app only after the user chooses to fill in the latter.
